STREAKS
When does the daily reset?
Local midnight, based on your device timezone. Daily rounds are picked per-day in your local calendar — so if you fly across timezones the timing follows you.
I played but my streak didn't update.
Pending plays sync on app launch. Restart the app once and check Profile. If it's still wrong, email support@criticscale.com with your username and the date.
What counts as keeping a streak?
Playing any one of the eight daily games on a given day keeps your global streak alive. Each game also has its own per-game streak that requires you to play that game.
I missed a day. Can I get my streak back?
If you have a streak shield available, the app applies it automatically and tells you. Beyond that, missed days are missed — that's part of the game.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
What does Pro unlock?
Past challenges (play any previous day's round), Originmap, Endless Erapin, and a few quality-of-life upgrades. Daily play across all eight games is free forever.
How do I cancel?
Pro is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel from your device's subscription settings: App Store → your name → Subscriptions (iOS), or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android). Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
Refunds?
Refund eligibility is governed by Apple or Google. We don't process refunds directly — request through the platform you bought from.
ACCOUNTS
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, scores, streaks, and friend connections from active systems. Some encrypted backups may persist for a limited window.
What about guest accounts?
Guest accounts live only on your device. Uninstalling the app or signing out ends them — there's nothing on our servers to delete.
Is my data private?
Profile privacy is a setting: public, friends-only, or private. We don't run third-party advertising SDKs, sell your data, or track you across apps. Full details in the privacy policy.
GAMES
Why is the answer wrong sometimes?
Music metadata is messy. Original release year vs. remaster, single vs. album, name vs. stage name — there are always edge cases. Email us with the game and round and we'll review and patch.
Can I suggest a song / artist / prompt?
Yes. Email support@criticscale.com with what you'd want to see and which game it fits.
What's the deal with Beatblitz prompts?
Three daily prompts. Pick the one you know best — that picks your timer's category. Same three for everyone, so it's a fair scoreboard.
FRIENDS & CHALLENGES
How do I add friends?
Friends tab → search by username, or share your invite link. Friends can see your daily score (per your privacy setting) and you can challenge anyone 1v1.
Someone is harassing me.
Tap their profile → ⋯ → block or report. For serious off-app issues, email support@criticscale.com. We take these seriously.
